1. There are 2 villages in Amphur Muang where electricity is not available because they are islands that are:
1.1 166 households of Ban Koh Yao, Moo 2, Tabbon Puyu, Amphur Muang.
1.2 155 households of Ban Lipeh, Moo 7, Tambon Koh Sarai.

2. There are 2 villages in Amphur La-ngu where electricity is not available.
2.1 88 households of Ban Koh Bulone, Moo 3, Tambon Paknam, Amphur La-ngu.
2.2 97 households of Ban Sungai Musoh, Moo 5, Tambon Laemson.
Electricity to both villages has to get through the mangrove forest, so it is in the process of requesting for permission from responsible authorities.

3. Electricity is not available in Amphure Khuan Kalong .
3.1 721 people of 137 households in Ban San Daeng and Ban Camp Khipra, Moo 11. They are located in the areas of national reserved forest.
